These terms apply to your use of the Third Leg website and to the services we provide. Where you have a signed quote or service agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over these terms if they differ.
Using our website
The information on this website is general and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete or current. Content on this site, including text, logos and images, belongs to Third Leg and may not be copied without our permission.
Our services
We provide warehousing, pick and pack, order fulfilment, returns and related services as set out in your quote or service agreement. Rates, inclusions and service levels are confirmed in writing before we start.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your products, stock and orders
- Make sure your goods are legal to store and ship, correctly labelled and suitably packaged
- Do not send us dangerous goods, perishables or restricted items unless we have agreed in writing
- Pay our invoices by the due date
Stock and insurance
We take reasonable care of your stock while it is in our warehouse. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for insuring your own goods. Goods in transit are subject to the courier or carrier’s terms and claims process.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the affected service or paying the cost of doing so, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.
Ending our services
There are no lock-in contracts. Either party can end the services by giving written notice as set out in your quote or service agreement. Any outstanding fees must be paid before stock is released.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page.
