Where are you based?
Our warehouse and team are proudly based in Melbourne, but we ship Australia-wide (and beyond). Want to visit the warehouse? Go ahead! We love showing off our space – and it’ll give you peace of mind at the thought of handing over your prized inventory to us.
What happens with returns?
No stress, we handle returns quickly and without the usual drama. We check the condition of each item, restock anything that’s good to go, and keep you updated along the way. If something needs extra attention, we’ll flag it. Simple, fuss-free, and one less thing for you to deal with.
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders usually go out the same day, because we’re not in the business of letting them sit around looking lonely. Fast dispatch is a big part of what we do, and it helps keep your customers happy and your brand moving. Of course, exact turnaround can depend on order cut-off times and volume, but in general, we like to get things packed, out the door, and on their way without the drama.
Can I drop off my stock personally?
Of course! Just give us a heads-up first. Forklifts and surprise visits aren’t always the best combo. If you’d like to drop off your stock in person, we’re happy to make it easy and help coordinate the handover properly. And yes, if you happen to arrive with coffee and snacks, we’re certainly not going to complain.
Do you connect to my online store?
You bet. We connect with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and plenty more. Once everything’s set up, your orders flow through automatically — no spreadsheet juggling, no manual uploads, and no unnecessary mucking around. Do you actually have three legs?

Can you handle my products?
If it fits in a box or satchel, there’s a good chance we’ve already shipped something like it. Sneakers, serums, protein powder, candles, cat toys, plush dinosaurs, phone grips, puzzles, tote bags, and a suspicious number of novelty mugs. If your product’s a little different, that’s fine too. We’re used to working with all sorts of brands, and we’re always happy to chat through the details before anything lands on the shelf.
